Pit2Port // About Us

As Major Infrastructure Project Managers we work all over NSW and Australia as this is our core business. We have comprehensive business relationships with expert providers and major design companies and where necessary we use our network to extend our team.

Our extensive network ensures that we remain vigilant to both current and future infrastructure demand and supply constraints. No better example of this has been our work in the Hunter Valley rail capacity improvement program (see our Work.)

Our leadership in development, design and implementation is regularly called on by the rail industry in regional NSW, the Hunter Valley and Sydney to guide Owners Teams in the successful development, planning and implementation of major infrastructure Programs.

Our experience follows the lifecycle of major infrastructure projects from Project Inception through to Implementation and Operations. We ensure the development of major infrastructure is well thought out, scoping is correct, major risks can be mitigated and correct project delivery strategies are used. Our expert knowledge includes construction support, for example, providing early advice and alternatives on major constructability constraints.

Working with Owners Teams at the top level we have gained extensive experience in understanding the many commercial drivers, asset management and the necessary linkage to the final Operators.

A regular component of our early involvement in major infrastructure projects is assessing the full range of delivery strategies and contracting models.  Our team has had experience in the full spectrum of hard to soft dollar contracts such as Construct Only, Design Construct through to Early Contractor Involvement, EPBC and Alliancing.

Comprised of industry respected individuals we are highly experienced strategic leaders with proven success in infrastructure development.

We provide clients with strategic advice on all aspects of project management from development, design, construction and project controls.
